-If an item is faulty and also covered by manufacturer's warranty, we will work actively to assist you with manufacturers and making your claim
- Upon contacting us with an eligible claim, we will discuss the best option for you. We can usually offer an exchange or refund immediately.
-Our faulty from factory (DOA) policy lasts 10 days.
-If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
-To be eligible to return a purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
-It must also be in the original packaging.
-Customer must pay for return shipping, please contact us for our best address

Returnable Items:
-Dead on arrival (Device is faulty from manufacture) 
-Damaged or missing parts for reasons due to manufacturer or shipping error.

Non-returnable items:
-Damage resulting from Misoperation
-Damage resulting from Short Circuit
-Damage resulting from Overload

-Damage resulting from Refit, Disassembly or Case Opening
-Damage resulting from Weather Damage
-Damage resulting from Crashes or Hits
-Damage resulting from General wear & tear

-Contact us first to confirm address and that you are eligible for a refund.
-Customer must pay for return shipping, please contact us for our best address
-Once you return is received and inspected, we will contact you to confirm that we have received your returned item.
-We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
-If you are approved, then your refund will be processed ASAP as per your direction.
